Over this 4 months course at Nextleap, I worked on two graduation projects- 1. **To reduce Ola’s ride cancellations and

To Increase the monthly revenue of No BrokerHood** where I applied the theoretical knowledge to real-world projects, covering the entire product lifecycle.

I also, participated in brainstorming and product presentations to enhance creative thinking, presentation abilities and further developed my abilities in creating product roadmaps, applying design thinking principles and solving problems innovatively.

As the Lead Front-End Developer for the Envoy Portal Project at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC), I led the development of a customer portal.
This portal provided functionalities for bank document updates, e-statement viewing, cheque management, and transaction history tracking.

Reliance Jio

Software Developer | July 2017 - April 2021

I was accountable for testing and monitoring the Jio KBC Play Along feature in the Jio chat app, ensuring optimal functionality.
Additionally, I played a key role in building a 0-1 product, Jio mHere, a unique product tailored for the Jio phone (KaiOS), which streamlined the management of attendance and sales activities for Jio sim marketers.
Moreover, I was instrumental in enhancing features on Jio.com, including Jio Recharge, Login, and User Dashboard, which led to an increase in online plan purchases and notably improved customer satisfaction scores.
